  • Amount Charged Twice


If you have been charged twice for a single order, which means you have paid double the amount quoted to you. In such cases, you can email us the receipt or talk to our agent over the live chat. Any additional amount received will be refunded back to you on an urgent basis.


  • Deadline Missed


If the provided deadline for an order is missed, in such case you are eligible for a refund. But if the deadline is missed due to missing information or additional information delay in payment or no response from you for an expert query and any other case where the delay is from your end, in the scenario, you will not be refunded.


  • Plagiarism


For all our orders we ensure that plagiarism is below the university standards (less than 10%) and this is ensured by checking the work with different plagiarism detector tools. If in case the work that is delivered to you still has plagiarism and you have pointed out the same, we will surely take the same into account and remove the plagiarism without additional payment. In such cases, we don’t provide a refund.

  • Order Cancellation or Change in request


If you choose to cancel the order placed by you then you should do that within the duration 1 hour from the time of payment. If the cancellation request is placed within the time mentioned above, in such a case you are eligible to place an order of similar value. No cash or bank refund will be provided in such cases.
In case the cancellation request is placed after the time mentioned above, in such a case the client should proceed with the same assignment. No cash or bank refund will be provided in such cases.

In any order with a deadline shorter than 24 hours, we don’t take order cancellation requests. In such a case, you should proceed with the same order.

  • Rework/Revision


We provide revisions to our clients to make sure they turn in the best work possible. You are free to get the work revised if required, but the revision request will be considered for 30 days after delivering the first copy of the work. We are not bound to provide revision after 30 days from the dispatch date. And in such cases, we don’t refund any money.

There is little to no possibility that you will “fail” in your assignment. But, if, assuming this occurs, 90% of the money paid by you will be refunded. It ought to be noted that the genuine “fail grade sheet/proof” should be provided as evidence in the next 30 days from the task completion. Any refund request after the 30 days time period will not be accepted. We refund 90% because we have to pay the initial booking cost to the expert and it turns out to be difficult to get the money back from them. In order to ensure our standards and quality, we remove the expert from the system whose work has failed you.


  • Expert Unavailability 


Your work is relegated to the most experienced and professional experts. If in case the expert who is assigned with your work isn’t available or is busy at the moment. In such a scenario, we will refund your money or you can give us another task of similar value.


  • Response/Refund Processing Timelines And Process


Owing to the nature of work which is subjective, a customer may have an opinion about the quality of the work and delivery which is different from that of the tutor. In such situations, the customer is required to file any and all claims/ complaints/ refund requests in compliance with the following guidelines to be eligible for a refund –

  • Provide a minimum of 5 working days for evaluating and communicating decisions on the request.
  • Any claim/ complaint/ refund request must be filed through the customer's account on the website along with required documentary proof, following all the terms and conditions laid out in this policy and terms of use.
  • Provide a minimum of 5 working days for processing the refund after the decision has been communicated by the company.
