Refund Policy


We proudly declare our organization as one of the leading and most reliable when it comes to on time delivery and quality. But certain times even the best expert fail to provide the solution, for those purposes we have a refund policy so that our client can feel safe and secure.

Amount Charged Twice


If you have been charged twice for a single order, which means you have paid double the amount quoted to you. In such cases, you can email us the receipt or talk to our agent over the live chat. Any additional amount received will be refunded back to you on an urgent basis.

Deadline Missed


If the provided deadline of an order is missed, in such case you are eligible for the refund. But if the deadline is missed due to missing information or additional information or delay in payment or no response from you for an expert query and any other case where the delay is from your end, in the scenario, you will not be refunded.




For all our orders we ensure that plagiarism is below the university standards (less than 10%) and this is ensured by checking the work with different plagiarism detector tools. If in case the work which is delivered to you still has plagiarism and you have pointed out the same, we will surely take the same into account and remove the plagiarism without additional payment. In such cases, we don’t provide a refund.

Order Cancellation or Change in request


In the event that you choose to cancel the order placed by you then you should do that within the duration 1 hour from the time of payment. If the cancellation request is placed within the time mentioned above, in such a case you are eligible to place an order of similar value. No cash or bank refund will be provided in such cases.
In case the cancellation request is placed after the time mentioned above, in such a case the client should proceed with the same assignment. No cash or bank refund will be provided in such cases.

In any order with a deadline shorter than 24 hours, we don’t take order cancellation requests. In such a case, you should proceed with the same order.



We provide revisions to our clients in order to make sure they turn in the best work possible. You are free to get the work revised if required, but the revision request will be considered for 30 days after delivering the first copy of the work. We are not bound to provide revision after 30 days from the dispatch date. And in such cases, we don’t refund any money.

Fail Grade


There is little to no possibility that you will “fail” in your assignment. But, in the event that, assuming this occurs, 90% of the money paid by you will be refunded. It ought to be noticed that the genuine “fail grade sheet/proof” should be provided as evidence in next 30 days from the task completion. Any refund request after the 30 days time period will not be accepted. We refund 90% because we have to pay the initial booking cost to the expert and it turns out to be difficult to get the money back from them. In order to ensure our standard and quality, we remove the expert from the system whose work has failed you.

Expert Unavailability 


Your work is relegated to the most experienced and professional experts. If in case the expert who is assigned with your work isn’t available or is busy at the moment. In such a scenario, we will refund your money or you can give us another task of similar value.

Note: Any refund case beyond the above-mentioned condition is not qualified for any kind of refund or discount. No refund will be provided in such scenarios.

If a Grade has been promised by the team to the client and that has not been delivered in that case student can ask for 90% refund.
